Federal law requires financial companies to explain how they collect, share, and protect personal information. Consumers can limit some forms of sharing, but not every ordinary business use allowed by law.

How to limit sharing
Call (888) 913-8784, use Century’s online privacy form, or mail Century Support Services, LLC, Attn: Privacy Choices, 2000 Commerce Loop, Suite 2210, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. New-customer sharing may begin after 30 days, but consumers may contact Century at any time.
Collection and protection
Century may collect information when a consumer opens an account or provides income, employment, contact, or account details, and from credit bureaus, affiliates, and other companies. Its notice describes computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
State rights
California and Vermont residents may have added protections described in the official notice and Century’s Privacy Policy.
