Content and responsibility
Century presents the service “as is,” limits liability to the extent permitted by law, and reserves rights in the site and software. Users retain ownership of submissions but grant Century a broad operating license. External sites remain outside Century’s control.
Arbitration and class waiver
The official terms generally require individual binding arbitration, waive jury-trial and class-proceeding rights, and preserve certain small-claims options. A website provision describes opting out by emailing info@centuryss.com within 30 days of first visiting. A separate debt-settlement provision describes a 30-day opt-out after signing. Review the official terms for the provision applicable to you.
Governing law
Pennsylvania law governs the terms, subject to the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable. The official page also contains DMCA notice instructions.
